Аннотация на статью Li Dahai, Zhang Yingnan "Marine Science and Technology Innovation for the Polar Silk Road"
This article was published on December 9, 2019. From the time perspective, it represents the latest academic progress and research results. Research objectives of this article is Polar Silk Road and the Arctic Ocean. Research aim is to find out the impact of China’s participation in Polar Silk Road to marine science and its technological innovation. The research hypothesis is that by participating in Polar Silk Road joint construction and actively developing scientific research and technological cooperation on Arctic affairs, it is conducive to deepening the understanding on the Arctic region and also to strengthening the protection and governance on the Arctic region.
The article points out that China's participation in the construction of Polar Silk Road will help ensure the safety of maritime transport, optimize the energy structure, develop emerging industries in the Arctic, and participate in the governance of the Arctic region. China expects to learn more about the Arctic through the Polar Silk Road, develop the Arctic, protect the Arctic, and participate in Arctic affairs. When studying the Arctic oceans, the author also involved the fields of ice conditions, geology, and hydrology, which diversifies content and provide a more comprehensive idea for the study of the Polar Silk Road. In the last part, author analyzes measures to promote China in Arctic research, such as strengthening scientific and technological, economic and cultural cooperation with countries and regions along the route, and improving innovation in the Arctic. However, main content of the full text is summarized in the introduction part, but at the end, there is no conclusion, which makes the article incomplete in structure.
